We are looking for an energetic, positive person to be responsible for providing
fanatical telephone and email support to our rapidly growing customer base. You
will be representing the wine industry's leading provider of automated compliance
to a set of world class winery managers, owners and winemakers. The candidate must
possess superior problem solving and communication skills with a proven ability
to exercise sound judgment, recognize business critical situations and escalate
as needed.
Responsibilities
- Professionally respond to telephone calls, emails and web-based requests for technical support
- Contribute to efforts to promptly identify, analyze and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with customer satisfaction and production in mind
- Act as a liaison between customers and product team to ensure identified problems are resolved to completion
- Prepare customer training materials, including but not limited to monthly newsletter emails and video tutorials
- Continuously strive to improve the quality of customer service and customer loyalty
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer and Internet skills required with Excel, HTML and/or graphic skills a plus
- Self-starter with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and fluid environment
- Ability to multitask with excellent organization and follow-through
- Experience using or supporting web applications

our Administrative Assistant position will expose you to all areas of the company, provide varied experience and entail lots of responsibility.
This position spans from general office management to providing support to the CEO, Finance and Human Resource Managers. We are seeking a reliable,
accurate, self-starter who must possess superior organizational skills with a proven ability to carry out responsibilities in an efficient and
effective manner.
Typical duties and responsibilities:
- General office management duties: Answer general phone lines, maintain public area cleanliness, office supply inventory, office reception, special meeting coordination, company social events planning and all sorts of random stuff
- Executive Assistant: Organizational assistance and travel logistics to CEO
- Accounting Duties: A/R, A/P and assist finance manager as needed with bookkeeping
- Human Resources Support: Assist with hiring, healthcare administration and payroll
- Event planning and Logistics: Includes print materials, promotional items, travel arrangements, invitations, registration and attendance management and event follow up
Skills required include:
- Computer programs: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SalesForce, GoToWebinar, gMail, google docs and Quickbooks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to track documentation and keep track of tasks for others
- Attention to detail and follow through on tasks of all types
- A can-do, positive attitude with the ability to take on new challenges and learn quickly
